It would be surprising to hear that most slot players don’t know they can play for pennies all slots, including video slots and islots. Most 3-reel or traditional slots are quite straightforward and you can just raise or lower the denomination without much effect on the betting style. To play for just pennies on these slot machines the player must reduce the game to penny denomination, place only 1 coin bet and select only the main betting line. By doing so the player is only wagering one penny per spin. However, this is not always advised as these video and I-slots are designed to pay better if more betting lines are selected. When the player only selects one betting line the chances of getting a good winning combination in the 5 reels only through the chosen betting line are slim. So, technically yes, you can play for pennies at these games but it will be at a cost as the possibilities of generating a good bankroll are slimmer.
